E-STOP the Machine 
Change WHEEL 1 CUPS to position for new pack (operator and non-oper side)
Change WHEEL 1 BRASS VALVE position (operator side only); if needed 
Turn on/off WHEEL 1 OPERATOR SIDE CUP VACUUM; (Off for x2 only)
Change both sides of WHEEL 2 \ 3 SECONDARY Cup position; if needed  
Change both sides of WHEEL 2 \ 3 BRASS VALVE position (operator and non-operator side); if needed
"Change OPER-SIDE WHEEL 3 BRASS VALVE to ON/OFF if needed (OFF for 2x 50-53 dia, ON for all others)"
Turn on/off WHEEL 2 \ 3 OPERATOR SIDE CUP VACUUM; (Off for x2 only)
Remove WHEEL 3 CARTON GUIDE; if needed
Move BOOM PACK HOLD-DOWN POSITION if needed (Carrier Lugs may hit Holddown if not in correct position)
Clear E-Stop and Turn DRIVE POWER ON
Disable OPERATOR-SIDE light curtain 
Remove CARRIER LUGS OPERATOR-SIDE; if going to x2 configurations or Dia Change (JOG machine as needed)
Remove CARRIER LUGS CENTER if present (JOG machine as needed)
Remove CARRIER LUGS NON-OPERATOR SIDE if needed (JOG machine as needed)
Remove OUTFEED PACK SUPPORTS (Operator and Non-Operator side); if going to x2
Enable the OPERATOR-SIDE light curtain; (After this checklist is closed push the flashing RUN button.)
